Memorial Services
A memorial service can be conducted in our chapel, at a church, or any venue preferred by the family. We collaborate closely with families to design a service that appropriately honors their loved one, incorporating stories, music, or scripture as desired. For occasions when clergy are not selected, our experienced life celebrants are available to lead services and are skilled in creating meaningful experiences that support the healing process.
Similar to a funeral service, a memorial service provides an opportunity to reflect on and commemorate the life of the deceased. It may be scheduled soon after the passing or several weeks later and can take place with or without an urn present. The key aspect is to offer dedicated time and space for family and friends to come together, support each other, share memories, and pay their respects. We are able to facilitate memorial services at our funeral home, at the final resting place, or in your own residence.
Additionally, a memorial gathering and service can be arranged at Royal or an alternative location of your choosing, such as a church. A catered reception may also be included, providing an opportunity for fellowship and remembrance in a comfortable setting.
